This includes contingent workforce (IT & Engineering), SOW services, and HR/Finance/Legal/Advisory professional services. Partner with senior stakeholders, manage critical suppliers, and drive category strategies that support growth, efficiency, and compliance across diverse regional markets.Category Strategy & DeliveryBuild and execute a 3‑year MEA category roadmap aligned with global directionDrive sourcing, value optimization, and risk mitigationIdentify opportunities for standardization and innovationStakeholder EngagementPartner with senior business, HR, Finance, and Legal leadersInfluence demand and ensure early procurement engagementLead performance and risk reviewsSupplier & Contract ManagementManage end‑to‑end sourcing (RFPs, negotiations, renewals)Develop and manage staffing, SOW, and professional services suppliersOversee contract governance and continuous improvementGovernance & ComplianceEnsure compliance with procurement policies and regulationsManage category risks, audits, and controlsTransformation & ImprovementSupport procurement transformation and digital tool adoption (VMS, sourcing platforms)Contribute to global and regional change initiativesCandidate ProfileEducationBachelor’s degree required; MBA/certification preferredExperience8–12+ years in procurement/category management in large international organizationsStrong experience in External Resources (contingent, SOW) and/or Corporate Professional ServicesProven regional/multi‑country strategy executionExperience in multicultural, complex environments (ideally MEA)SkillsStrong strategic and execution capabilitySenior stakeholder management and influencing skillsCommercial, financial, and analytical acumenDeep understanding of procurement governance and supplier managementChange‑driven and improvement‑orientedFluent Arabic & English (professional proficiency)Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
