Job Summary Product Manager – SaaS Solutions based in Egypt to help expand our SaaS product portfolio. The selected candidate will be responsible for researching, evaluating, and recommending new SaaS products and partnership opportunities that align with our company’s scope of services. The role includes identifying suitable SaaS vendors, assessing product-market fit, understanding the product from both sales and technical perspectives, and preparing the go-to-market plan with our internal sales and technical teams.This is a strategic role for someone with strong experience in SaaS solutions, product management, partnerships, product positioning, and business development.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, evaluate, and recommend new SaaS products and partnership opportunities that align with the company’s portfolio and business strategy.Identify SaaS vendors that match Flex Tech Solutions’ target markets and service scope.Evaluate SaaS products based on market demand, product value, technical capabilities, pricing model, competitive advantage, and partnership potential.Prepare recommendation reports for management, including product overview, target customers, business case, expected revenue opportunity, and go-to-market approach.Approach shortlisted SaaS vendors and initiate partnership discussions.Coordinate with vendors to understand product features, pricing, technical requirements, partner program, and sales process.Work closely with the company’s sales and technical teams to prepare approved products for launch.Develop product positioning, value proposition, target market, pricing approach, and go-to-market plan.Prepare internal sales enablement materials, product summaries, presentations, and comparison sheets.Support the sales team with product knowledge, customer meetings, demos coordination, and proposal preparation.Follow up with vendors, distributors, and internal teams to ensure successful product onboarding.Monitor market trends, competitors, and new SaaS opportunities in the UAE and GCC market.Manage the product lifecycle from vendor discovery and recommendation until go-to-market execution. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5–10 years of experience in product management, business development, SaaS sales, partnerships, or IT solutions.Strong understanding of SaaS products, cloud solutions, and B2B technology sales.Proven experience in researching, evaluating, and launching software or SaaS products.Ability to prepare clear product recommendation reports and business cases.Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.Ability to understand both commercial and technical aspects of SaaS solutions.Good presentation, documentation, and analytical skills.Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.Preferred SkillsPrevious experience working with SaaS vendors, software companies, or IT system integrators.Knowledge of UAE or GCC technology market is a plus.Experience in go-to-market planning or product launch is preferred.Understanding of CRM, ERP, eSignature, workflow automation, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or business automation solutions is an advantage.Experience in preparing product presentations, sales enablement materials, and vendor comparison reports.
