Assist in developing & usage of marketing tools for promoting the existing products to customers involved in different plastic processes, namely, blown film, Cast Films, Injection Molding, Blow Molding, … Follow the trial of the customers, do troubleshooting, and handle customer complaints. This position will have basic responsibility to improve the organization’s market position and achieve financial & Market share growth for compounds; Primarily by:Defining long-term organizational strategic goals,Building key customer relationships,Identifying business opportunities,Negotiating and closing business deals,Supporting the development of solutions that fit the market needs,Providing RM suppliers and formulation,Maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.Job will involve work with the internal teams, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesTo cover the technical aspect in the masterbatch application of assigned customers, product range, and applications.To ensure that customers receive the technical advice, support, and guidance service they need.Provide technical assistance in:Analyzing customers’ requirements.Advising adequate products based on the application.Promoting new products and following the trials performed by the customers.Developing a new solution to fit the plastic & Masterbatch market trendProviding new RM suppliers to support the R&D team in developing solutionsTo follow up and resolve customers’ complaints promptly. When necessary, to participate in laboratory analytical analysis.To record & report technical activities between the technical department, laboratories, and customers.To simulate and recommend product improvement or development and coordinate these activities between laboratories and customers.To explore the technical requirements of potential new markets or products that can bring or keep the company in the leadership.To understand our production capabilities to maximize our efficiency in products/solutions supply.Co-development with target application customers for application or product range developments.Perform product training at the regional level for the entire sales force for the assigned target application.Work with technical staff, R&D, and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs by developing a new range of products or offering customized solutions.Participate in pricing the solution/serviceUsing knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.Initiating and driving product launches and following up on offering portfolio performance. Keep abreast of key raw materials price Fluctuations and the main driver for price changesOwns the technical and market specifications for the offering.Defines offering a value proposition and clear positioning per segments & channels, and ensures clear communication to sales, channels, and users.Assist in developing a technical brochure for a new product and product communication.To complete any task/work assigned by the top management and the direct manager.Job Requirement:Education: Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Science / Engineering in the major of Organic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Polymer Science / Chemical EngineeringYears of Experience: 10+ (similar position in the masterbatch business)Language: English – French is a plusComputer skills: Microsoft Office and the Oracle system would be an advantage
