Product Manager – Wiring Devices & LV Components

EELAF is hiring a Product Manager – Wiring Devices & LV Components to manage and grow the product portfolio across wiring devices, low voltage components, floor boxes, disconnect switches, and related electrical solutions.The selected candidate will be responsible for product portfolio management, pricing, stock planning, vendor coordination, sales support, and profitability improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the product portfolio, pricing strategy, and profitability.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure product availability, competitive pricing, and updated technical information.Monitor stock levels, slow-moving items, fast-moving items, and inventory performance.Plan stock orders based on sales forecasts, market demand, stock movement, and business targets.Analyze product costs, margins, competitor pricing, and market trends to support commercial decisions.Prepare and review technical and commercial offers for customers and projects.Support the sales team with product selection, technical guidance, and competitive positioning.Attend customer meetings and site visits with the sales team when technical or product support is required.Deliver product presentations and technical discussions to consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end users.Conduct product training for internal teams, sales teams, and customers.Identify new business opportunities, product gaps, and market needs.Prepare periodic reports covering sales performance, stock movement, profitability, and product development opportunities.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.5–9 years of experience in product management, technical sales, presales, or business development within electrical products.Strong experience in wiring devices, low voltage components, electrical accessories, or related products.Good understanding of pricing, stock planning, inventory control, margins, and product lifecycle management.Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals.Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and vendor management skills.Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work closely with sales, supply chain, finance, and vendor teams.Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience with electrical distribution, contractors, consultants, or project-based sales.Knowledge of wiring devices, floor boxes, disconnect switches, MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, and related LV products.
