This role acts as the critical bridge between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical architects to ensure that solutions are aligned with client objectives and delivered efficiently across multiple platforms.Operating within a multi-vendor, multi-system ecosystem, the Product Owner drives end-to-end product lifecycle management—from requirement definition and backlog prioritization to delivery validation and continuous improvement—ensuring scalable, reusable, and high-quality outcomes.Key Responsibilities1. Product Ownership & Backlog ManagementOwn and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized based on business value, dependencies, and delivery feasibilityTranslate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteriaEnsure alignment between product scope, client expectations, and delivery capabilities2. Multi-Platform Solution AlignmentDefine end-to-end solutions across multiple enterprise platforms.Ensure seamless integration and consistency across systems and touchpoints3. Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and delivery teamsManage and align expectations across client stakeholders, including senior executivesFacilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and product demonstrations4. Delivery & Execution OversightWork closely with project managers, architects, and development teams to ensure timely deliverySupport sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessionsEnsure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and quality standards5. Integration & Dependency ManagementIdentify and manage dependencies across systems, teams, and vendorsCollaborate with integration teams to ensure alignment on APIs, data flows, and system interactionsMitigate risks related to integration complexity and external dependencies6. Data & Reporting AlignmentDefine product KPIs and success metricsEnsure reporting and analytics requirements are captured early and aligned with data platformsCollaborate with data teams to ensure data availability and quality7. Governance & ComplianceEnsure all product deliverables comply with governance, security, and regulatory requirementsMaintain proper documentation and audit trailsAlign product decisions with enterprise architecture and client standards8.
