Business Line:ELSEWEDY POLYMERSWork Location:10th Of Ramadan, EgyptMain Purpose Of The JobAssisting the senior production engineers in the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor production, troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, quality, and safety. Supports the production team and helps execute the company's manufacturing strategy under the guidance of more experienced engineers.Collect and analyze production data to uncover bottlenecks, quality issues, and optimization opportunities.Assisting with the implementation of process changes and improvements.Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and production problems.Supporting maintenance activities and preventive maintenance programs.Participating in the development of standard operating procedures, work instructions, and training materials.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes.Identifying and evaluating new technologies, tools, and methods to enhance production.Job Requirement:Qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering or science.Related Field Experience: +2 years of experience in the same industry is preferable.Overall Experience: +4 years of experience in the Electrical Maintenance field
