This role requires more than technical expertise; we are looking for a strong leader with exceptional character, accountability, and the ability to align people, processes, and performance across the entire production organization.The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating all production lines into one cohesive operation, ensuring that the factory consistently delivers the highest productivity, the best quality standards, and the lowest possible manufacturing cost.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all production activities related to the manufacturing of disposable syringes and IV sets.Synchronize and optimize all production lines to maximize overall plant efficiency and output.Develop and execute production plans to achieve delivery targets while maintaining operational flexibility.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, minimize downtime, and improve cost performance.Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with established quality standards and internal procedures.Establish a culture of discipline, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence throughout the production department.Work closely with the Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams to proactively address quality concerns, investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and maintain the highest quality standards.Build strong collaboration with the Technical and Maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability, timely troubleshooting, preventive maintenance execution, and continuous process optimization.Monitor and analyze production KPIs, including productivity, yield, efficiency, scrap rates, downtime, and cost performance, and implement actions to improve results.Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and production staff to build high-performing teams and future leaders.Ensure effective communication and coordination between Production, Quality, Technical, Supply Chain, and Warehouse functions.Drive decision-making based on data, facts, and operational priorities while maintaining a hands-on leadership approach on the factory floor.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.Minimum of 8–10 years of manufacturing experience, with significant experience in medical device production.Previous experience in disposable medical devices, particularly syringes and/or IV sets, is highly preferred.Mandatory experience in plastic manufacturing environments, with hands-on exposure to plastic injection molding operations and injection molding production processes.Strong understanding of the challenges associated with managing high-volume plastic injection production and assembly operations.Demonstrated success in managing multiple production lines and large production teams.Proven track record of improving productivity, quality performance, and manufacturing costs.
