The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2024 & 2025 Graduates are welcomed to apply.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain detailed production schedules.Ensure daily production targets are achieved.Coordinate with departments to expedite material and document flow.Ensure production processes meet customer and product requirements.Coordinate production sections to meet MPS and delivery schedules.Analyze production shortages and report impacts.Plan production control activities to improve efficiency and productivity.Evaluate production performance to ensure customer specifications are met.Requirements:Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or any related field.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written)Years of Experience: 0-2 Years of experience in the same field.Computer/Technical Skills: Advanced Excel - Microsoft Word – PowerPoint - Master Production Scheduling (MPS) - Capacity Planning
