Job Description: The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering real estate and construction projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and aligned with quality and safety standards, while managing stakeholders and project teams.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and oversee project delivery across all phasesManage budgets, schedules, and resources effectivelyCoordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teamsMonitor project progress and mitigate risksEnsure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standardsReport on project performance to senior managementRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field13–15+ years of experience in construction and real estate developmentProven track record of delivering large-scale projectsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPMP or similar certification is a plus
