As a leading turnkey contractor, we’ve forged strategic alliances with global partners to execute some of the world’s most iconic projects.Role SummaryThe Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of complex railway infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. The role is responsible for overseeing multidisciplinary teams across civil works, track, signaling, and MEP systems, while managing risks, optimizing resources, and maintaining strict adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. The position also requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to provide strategic direction, performance oversight, and clear reporting to senior management to ensure project objectives are achieved efficiently and sustainably.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end execution of railway infrastructure projects, including civil works, track systems, signaling, and MEP, ensuring seamless integration across all disciplines.Ensure full alignment with project scope, schedule, budget, and contractual obligations while maintaining strict compliance with client and regulatory requirements.Develop, manage, and control project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.Proactively identify project risks, assess potential impacts, and implement effective mitigation and contingency strategies.Oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) performance, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and fostering a strong safety culture across all project activities.Drive workforce performance, productivity, and resource optimization to achieve project objectives efficiently.Ensure full compliance with quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) standards, maintaining high-quality deliverables throughout all project phases.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and deliverables to track progress and ensure timely project completion.Provide clear, accurate, and timely progress reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.Job Requirements10–15+ years of proven experience in railway, transportation, or large-scale infrastructure projects.Demonstrated success in managing mega or complex projects with multidisciplinary teams and significant budgets.Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.Solid understanding of project management methodologies, contract management, and risk management practices.Experience in high-speed rail, metro, or freight rail projects is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage.At Rowad Modern Engineering, we provide equal opportunities to all regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, national origin, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or gender identity. we do not just hire Talents-We invest in potential.
