The organization focuses on delivering reliable, quality-assured solutions tailored to customer needs and various industrial applications.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct site surveys and verify all opening dimensions, civil works, electrical requirements, steel supports, and site readiness before manufacturing and installation.Review approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements before issuing manufacturing or installation instructions.Prepare site survey reports, measurement sheets, installation checklists, material requirements, and project handover documents.Supervise installation teams and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, productivity, and compliance with installation standards.Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, sales, technical office, production, warehouse, and logistics teams throughout project execution.Resolve site issues, technical conflicts, missing requirements, and installation challenges quickly and professionally.Ensure proper testing, commissioning, adjustment, and final handover of industrial doors, loading dock equipment, gates, motors, control panels, sensors, and safety devices.Document project progress, reports, and handover documentation. Follow up on project schedules and ensure installations are completed within agreed timelines.Support after-sales, maintenance, warranty, and corrective actions when required.Prepare regular project progress reports and escalate risks that may affect delivery or installation.Provides technical guidance, and contributes to continuous improvement of installation processes and product performance.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.3–5 years of experience in site engineering, project execution, installation, commissioning, or maintenance.Experience in industrial doors, loading docks, automatic gates, rolling shutters, sectional doors, elevators, steel structures, or industrial equipment is preferred.Strong ability to take accurate site measurements and assess site readiness before fabrication and installation.Good understanding of mechanical systems, motors, control panels, sensors, limit switches, and electrical connections.Proficiency in Electrical Engineering, including Electrical Wiring and integration of motorization and control systems.Ability to read technical drawings, shop drawings, and installation manuals and details.Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage technicians and coordinate with customers and contractors.Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with attention to detail and time management.Knowledge of relevant safety standards and good practices for on-site installation and commissioning.Problem-solving mindset and ability to make sound technical decisions on site.Maintenance skills for diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and ensuring reliable operation of installed systems.Willingness to travel to project sites across Egypt when needed.Valid driving license is a plus.Good command of English is preferred.
