Team members join a company that is working to redefine the automotive landscape in Egypt and beyond.Role Description The Property Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nasr City. The role involves advising on property acquisition, leasing, and portfolio optimization to support the company’s operational and investment needs. Day-to-day tasks include assessing property options, preparing financial and feasibility analyses, coordinating with legal and finance teams, and supporting negotiations with landlords, developers, and service providers. The Property Advisor will respond to internal stakeholder inquiries, ensure accurate documentation and records, and help manage existing properties, including renewals, maintenance coordination, and compliance with company standards. The role also requires regular reporting on property performance, market trends, and investment opportunities, while providing professional customer service to partners and external contacts.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.Practical experience in Property Management, including leasing, portfolio administration, and coordination of property-related services.Knowledge of Investments and Finance, including basic financial analysis, budgeting, and evaluating property returns and risks.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in real estate advisory, corporate property management, or a similar role is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and comfort working with databases or property management systems.Ability to work on-site in Nasr City and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
