The company is committed to empowering clients’ next moves in the real estate world through professional guidance and trusted advisory support.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will guide clients through the end-to-end process of buying, selling, and renting properties, from initial inquiry to closing. Daily responsibilities include identifying client needs, presenting suitable property options, arranging and attending property viewings, and providing market insights to support informed decisions. The role also involves managing leads, maintaining an updated property portfolio, preparing and reviewing basic documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. The Property Consultant is expected to build long-term client relationships, meet or exceed sales targets, and represent Y THE BROKERS with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.Qualifications Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.Proven customer service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, follow-up, and client satisfaction.Demonstrated sales skills, including lead management, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.Foundational knowledge of the real estate market, preferably in Cairo or the wider Egyptian market.Ability to work on-site, conduct property visits, and manage time effectively across multiple client engagements.Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and basic office applications to track activities and maintain records.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic is highly beneficial.A proactive, ethical, and client-focused approach, with readiness to work some evenings or weekends as needed for client appointments.
