Hiring: Junior Quality Assurance Analyst | Digital Services & Transformation.We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Operations team in a fully remote capacity. This role is vital in evaluating customer interactions across all channels—including Voice, Email, Chat, and Social Media—to ensure we consistently exceed client expectations. What you will do:Evaluate interactions across voice, email, chat, and social media to ensure quality standards. Maintain objectivity through calibration sessions and detailed documentation. Identify risks, potential fraud, and training needs to improve operational results. Collaborate with other departments to propose innovative solutions for continuous improvement. Conduct spot checks on supervisor evaluations to verify accuracy and consistency. What we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree or Graduate status. Fluency in English. 6 months to 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Contact Centers. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong analytical skills and achievement-oriented mindset.
