The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2024 & 2025 Graduates are welcomed to apply.Key Responsibilities:Monitor shop floor quality control activities and inspectors.Prepare documents and requirements for internal and external audits.Ensure compliance with customer identification requirements.Follow up on sample selection and in-process testing activities.Ensure proper segregation of non-conforming products.Participate in non-conformance (NC) investigations and PDCA reporting.Monitor calibration and verification of testing equipment.Support quality management system implementation and compliance.Requirements:Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written)Years of Experience: 0-2 Years of experience in the same field.Computer/Technical Skills: Advanced Excel - Microsoft Word – PowerPoint - Quality Control Procedures (QCP)- Measuring tools and inspection techniques
