Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, preparing documentation, researching market trends, and building strong client relationships. The role offers an opportunity to actively contribute to delivering high-quality services in the real estate sector. QualificationsA valid Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of real estate practicesExceptional Customer Service and interpersonal skills to effectively address client needsProficiency in Sales and negotiation techniques to assist clients in achieving their goalsUnderstanding of Real Estate and Real Property markets, trends, and regulationsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyProficiency in any real estate CRM tools and general computer literacyA bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is a plusPrior experience in the real estate industry will be an advantage
