Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for managing property listings, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process. Responsibilities will also include conducting property viewings, negotiating and closing deals, maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. QualificationsProficiency in Real Estate Sales and holding an active Real Estate LicenseIn-depth knowledge of the Real Estate market, including trends and valuationStrong Customer Service and Sales skills to engage and assist clients effectivelyExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilitiesSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in real estate or a relevant field is an advantageProficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic is preferredProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
