The company values client-focused service, quality, and long-term partnerships.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Salesperson will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting new leads, qualifying potential clients, and presenting Capstone’s real estate, design, and construction services. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, property tours, and presentations, preparing proposals, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams (brokerage, design, and construction) to align client requirements with available services and solutions. The Salesperson will be expected to achieve sales targets, monitor market trends, and represent Capstone professionally at client visits, events, and site meetings.QualificationsStrong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.Experience in real estate, property development, or related fields; familiarity with brokerage, design, or construction services is an advantage.Ability to conduct market research, analyze client needs, and translate them into appropriate service offerings.Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously.Comfortable working on-site, conducting property tours, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.Proficiency with CRM tools, email, and basic office software; ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.Fluency in English and Arabic is highly beneficial for communicating with a diverse client base.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
