Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Sales Real Estate professional. The individual will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in real property, managing customer relationships, and identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Day-to-day duties will include facilitating property transactions, providing expert advice on real estate development, preparing sales presentations, and ensuring excellent customer service. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactionsProficiency in Real Estate Development and understanding market trendsStrong Sales skills with the ability to meet targets and handle negotiationsExcellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfactionStrong communication, interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused approachProficiency in using real estate and CRM software is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferredFluency in English and Arabic is an asset
