We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle and support the company’s growth by attracting and hiring high-quality talent. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hires while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and staffing needsCreate, publish, and manage job postings on Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, and other platformsSource candidates through databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and networkingScreen CVs and conduct phone and in-person interviewsCoordinate interviews and collect structured feedback from hiring managersPrepare and follow up on job offers and support basic onboarding activitiesBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future rolesTrack recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, hiring status)Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitmentExperience hiring for multiple roles at the same timeStrong interviewing and candidate assessment skillsExperience using ATS / CRM / recruitment toolsGood sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)Strong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple openings under pressureOrganized, detail-oriented, and professionalEnglish: Good / Very Good
