Relationship Officer (VSE Operations)

Conducting and promoting the marketing of credit facilities through phone calls, field visits, and coordination with other units to promote and sell complementary productsImproving the profitability of the very small enterprises (VSE) portfolioConducting visits to (VSEs) clients and preparing the required reports on a regular basisCollecting the required information from customers as well as documents, papers, financial data, and related data required for credit studiesPreparing credit studies and issuing recommendations regarding customer requests while ensuring compliance with credit policies, and proposals regarding appropriate ways to avoid surrounding risksCooperating with other sectors to provide high-quality service levels and ensure appropriate timeframes for completing requestsFollowing up on customer complaints while maintaining standard timeframes for operations, in addition to any other assigned tasks· Following up the clients after finance in order to collect our installments on time to avoid any past dues and create a healthy portfolioSkillsWhat will you need?· Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.· Experience: Two years of experience in the field of small and very small enterprises (VSEs) or Leading regional financial services bank.· Technical Proficiency:o Strong interpersonal, presentation, and listening skills.o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
