CHINT has been listed among the Top 500 Chinese Enterprises for more than 20 years.Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator / Sales Assistant / Sales Support will be responsible for supporting sales operations, managing customer orders, preparing quotations, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate sales documentation. The role focuses on providing excellent service to existing customers, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and collaborating with logistics, warehouse, and internal teams to achieve high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Duties & Responsibilities / What You Will DoServe as the primary point of contact for existing customers, responding to inquiries, monitoring order status, and maintaining strong customer relationships.Prepare and verify sales quotations, including pricing, product specifications, lead times, and payment terms, and communicate them accurately to customers.Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, entering order information into company systems (e.g., SAP, WMS, or CRM) and generating related documentation.Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to arrange shipments, track deliveries, and ensure timely order fulfillment.Manage and maintain sales-related documentation, including sales orders, contracts, delivery notes, invoices, and records, ensuring proper filing and archiving.Monitor and resolve order-related issues such as delivery delays, shortages, returns, address changes, and rescheduled shipments, while keeping customers informed.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, order status, and delivery performance using Microsoft Office tools.Provide administrative support to the sales team and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Required Qualifications / This Job Might Be For You If You Have The BelowBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
