As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your role involves innovative lead generation, nurturing prospects, and driving sales. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Explore and implement innovative tools and techniques for generating new leads.Analyze market feedback and recent trends to identify potential opportunities.Engage with new prospects to gather essential initial information. Conduct proactive outreach to foster and strengthen relationships. Assist in scheduling demo meetings and meticulously handle meeting follow-ups. Set up customer meetings and create a robust sales pipeline. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers. Update the CRM with all interactions with customers to ensure data accuracy. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s revenue growth. Support sales closing efforts Communicate and interact effectively with team members across different functions. Make calls to customers and prospects to maintain regular contact. Wear multiple hats and multitask when required to support the team. Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic). Ability to influence and qualify the right stakeholders to attend demos. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable with data entry and committed to daily outreach. Proven ability to take initiative and work independently. Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to asking questions. Familiarity with CRMs and marketing automation tools. Genuine interest in business development or sales. Demonstrated team player mentality. Ability to work remotely while being productive Enthusiastic attitude towards learning new skills. Additional Requirements: Previous experience selling Software solutions Strong interaction skills with all related members in other functions as needed.
