City Floor Decoration focuses on environmentally friendly, functional, and design-oriented flooring solutions that meet modern commercial standards and customer expectations.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in New Cairo. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to understand their technical and commercial flooring requirements, propose appropriate Forbo solutions, and prepare quotations and technical offers. The role includes conducting site visits, performing product demonstrations and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate installations and after-sales support. The Sales Engineer will provide technical support to customers and partners, respond to inquiries, and assist in resolving product-related issues. Daily activities also involve maintaining CRM records, following up on leads, supporting tender processes, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets in the assigned territory.QualificationsStrong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand product specifications and translate them into practical solutions.Proven Sales and Customer Service experience, including managing client relationships and supporting the full sales cycle.Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Engineering (civil, architecture, or related field), or equivalent technical experience.Ability to conduct site assessments, read technical drawings, and collaborate with project and installation teams.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects.Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic reporting to track opportunities and performance.Previous experience in flooring, construction materials, interior finishes, or building solutions is an advantage.Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and professional conduct when working with clients, partners, and colleagues.
