The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with consultants, architects, and designers to ensure our products are specified in key projects from early stages.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet regularly with consultants, architects, and design offices to introduce and promote our flooring solutionsDrive product specification in project design stages (tenders & BOQs)Deliver technical presentations and product training sessionsProvide technical support to consultants during design developmentFollow up on projects from concept to tender stageMaintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and design industryCoordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth project executionRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture4–7+ years of experience in specification, technical sales, or design-related rolesStrong network with consultants, architects, and developersExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to understand drawings, BOQs, and technical specificationsSelf-driven with strong relationship-building skills
