The focus is on environmentally friendly, functional, and design-oriented flooring that enhances daily life in workplaces, homes, and public spaces. City Floor Decoration supports clients in creating durable, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing surfaces that meet modern performance and sustainability standards.Key Responsibilities* Develop and manage relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end clients.* Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.* Identify upcoming projects and secure opportunities from early stages.* Prepare commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals.* Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.* Coordinate with specification, technical office, and installation teams to ensure project success.* Conduct product presentations and technical meetings.* Follow up on project progress, approvals, and payment collections.* Maintain accurate CRM and sales reports.Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.* 5+ years of sales experience in flooring, finishing materials, construction products, or related industries.* Strong network within the Egyptian construction and project market.* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Valid driving license is preferred.What We Offer* Competitive salary package.* Attractive commission and performance-based incentives.* Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.* Exposure to premium international flooring brands and landmark projects.* Professional and collaborative work environment.
