JOB TITLESales Executive | MAF Retail | Supeco Minia ROLE SUMMARYThe Sales Executive will be responsible for providing clients with the products and service required, as well as maintaining good relationships with existing clients. The role holder will also be handling clients complains, concerns and escalate the same to the Business Development Manager.ROLE PROFILEIntroduce and recommend products to clients, ensuring sales meet margin expectations and highlighting upcoming developments and promotions.Act as the main contact for existing and potential clients, maintaining strong communication and partnerships.Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that boost product visibility and sales.Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and support product development.Deliver product presentations and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with corporate policies and financial procedures, including adherence to the Delegation of Authority (DOA).REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.Minimum 3 years of experience in Food Service, specifically within the HORECA channel.Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Experience in identifying new business opportunities and expanding customer base.Strong collaboration skills with marketing and sales coordination teams to drive product promotion and sales growth.Ability to analyze sales reports, monitor market trends, and provide strategic feedback to product development.WHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
