Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive (Outdoor) based in Markaz Belbes, with opportunities to work from home for certain tasks. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new merchant partnerships, maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing retailers, and promoting Souhoola’s financial products. The role includes executing sales strategies, conducting market research, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through tailored communication and support. Candidates should be comfortable working in the field as well as remotely when needed. Qualifications Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and achieving targeted goals within given timeframes.Customer Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with merchants and customers, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.Market Awareness and Research Skills: Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, ability to analyze market trends, and identify potential business opportunities.Presentation and Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively present ideas and strategies to clients, and manage stakeholder expectations.Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic financial applications is preferred.Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.Experience Requirement: Prior outdoor sales experience, preferably in financial services or a related field, is an advantage.Flexibility and Mobility: Willingness to travel locally as part of the job requirements.
