Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, based in Markaz Belbes with the flexibility for occasional remote work. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential retail partners, building and maintaining strong relationships within the merchant community, and driving sales performance. The role also involves providing stellar customer service, conducting training sessions for merchants, and managing sales operations to ensure targets are met. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and sustain business relationships.Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve performance targets and goals.Experience in conducting Training for staff or partners to enhance their skills and understanding of products.Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills.Ability to work in a hybrid setup and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in the financial services or retail sector is an asset.
