Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as an Outdoor Sales Agent based in Markaz El Sadat, with opportunities for occasional remote work. The role involves building strong relationships with existing and prospective merchants, promoting Souhoola's financial products, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include customer interactions to explain products, providing training on services offered, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and maintain professional relationships effectivelyProven skills in Sales and the ability to identify business opportunities and close dealsExperience in Insurance or related financial-sector roles is preferredAbility to deliver training sessions to merchants and customers to explain products and servicesSelf-driven and goal-oriented mindset with excellent time management skillsPrevious experience in outdoor or field sales is an advantageA bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
