Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outdoor Sales Representative, based in Al Maḩallah al Kubrá, with some remote work flexibility. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential customers and cultivating relationships with retail merchants to promote Souhoola’s financial products. The role involves providing product training to merchants, managing sales activities, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include supporting clients in maximizing their engagement with Souhoola's offerings, meeting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with merchants and clients.Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Training skills, with the ability to effectively educate merchants and staff on Souhoola’s products and services.Proactive, results-driven mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.Familiarity with financial services or consumer finance sectors is an advantage.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
