Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Agent role based in Qesm Banha, with flexibility to work from home. The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting Souhoola's financial products and building strong client relationships. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, providing personalized service, offering product recommendations, and maintaining knowledge of company offerings. The role also involves collaborating with merchants, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needsProven experience in Sales and proficiency in promoting financial services or equivalentKnowledge or experience in Insurance products is a plusCapacity to train and guide customers or merchants in the use of financial productsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping customers achieve financial solutionsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred
