We're launching a new product from the ground up, a video-first social network for professionals across the globe, mainly, North America and Europe. This is a 0→1 build. No playbook, no CRM filled with someone else's leads, no manager to approve your outreach templates. Just you, a product that is genuinely solving a real problem, and the mandate to go win. You will build the entire sales motion - B2B and B2C - from scratch, close the deals yourself, and write the playbook that an entire sales org will follow when they join after you. If the idea of walking into an empty room and filling it with revenue is what excites you, read on.The RoleAs the founding Sales Lead on this new product, you are not a manager of salespeople, you are the salesperson. You own the full revenue motion: strategy, prospecting, pipeline, pitching, closing, and handoff to success.You will run two parallel motions. On the B2B side, you will sell the platform as an enterprise solution to organisations in MENA, pitching to HR leaders, L&D directors, heads of internal comms, and C-suite executives who want a video-first knowledge and community layer for their teams. On the B2C side, you will convert individual experts and community managers into paying platform users, a shorter, faster, higher-volume cycle that runs completely differently.You will use AI as a force multiplier, to prospect faster, research deeper, personalise at scale, and generate pipeline at a volume that would normally require a team. 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, you have owned a quota, sourced your own pipeline, and closed deals without someone handing you inbound leadsExperience selling to both enterprises (complex, multi-stakeholder, longer cycles) and individual buyers or SMBs (high-volume, short cycle, conversion-oriented)Fluent in English and Arabic, written and spoken, with cultural intelligence to operate credibly across MENAAI-powered operator: you already use AI tools to prospect, research, personalise, and follow up at a scale that would be impossible manuallyAutonomous: you generate your own energy, your own leads, and your own momentumEarly-stage product or startup experience, you have sold a product that was not yet famous in a market that was not yet convincedExcellent written and spoken communicator, your cold emails get replies, your demos hold attention, your proposals get signedBonus PointsExperience selling SaaS in HR tech, L&D, internal comms, or community/collaborationBackground in creator economy, professional learning, or video platformsStructured discovery skills and the ability to build a business case that survives a procurement committeeAn existing network of enterprise decision-makers in MENAExperience building sales playbooks or SDR training materials
