Job Purpose:Responsible for assessing, acquiring, supporting & following up on the development of business activities within the assigned B2B accounts. Works to achieve portfolio targets through acquiring new clients, identifying specific client needs and cross selling all appropriate services.Builds market position by locating, developing, negotiating, and closing new bank referral relationships. Drives effective execution of bank programs by the Field Sales organization.Job specific responsibilities:Develops and executes a structured prospecting plan targeting the financial institutions to develop new referral relationships and increase sales volume from the channel.Develops and implements communication strategies to produce effective communication of program information, including results, expectations, promotions/campaigns, and policies and procedures to the Field Sales organization to ensure effective execution of the programs.Acts as subject matter expert and primary point of contact for the Field Sales organization regarding Billers’ acquisition matters to provide consistent information.Participates, as required, in the ongoing management of existing Billers relationships to support business growth.Meets or exceeds sales/revenue objectives of the channel through new client growth or increased revenue from existing clients to support overall company growth goals.Creates business development strategies for long term and strategic business objectives for the purpose of creating long term relationships Education : Bachelor’s degreeExperience : 12+ relevant years of retail experienceExperience in similar position in banking/Aggregator/facilitator and already built a teampeople management capabilities
