Working closely with leadership, they focus on maintaining strong client coordination, efficient internal workflows, and accurate operational processes that ensure opportunities, communications, and tasks are managed effectively and without delays.LocationFully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM ESTRole OverviewThe Sales Operations Specialist will work directly with the Founder to support commercial operations through client coordination, CRM management, and day-to-day operational execution. This role is focused on maintaining organization, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through across inbound opportunities, client communications, and internal workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Management & Pipeline OrganizationMaintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot or equivalent) with accurate, real-time dataEnsure pipeline organization and consistent tracking of client communications and opportunitiesMonitor workflows to ensure no tasks, follow-ups, or opportunities are missedClient & Supplier CoordinationSupport client and supplier communication needs in a timely and organized mannerCoordinate inbound requests and ensure proper follow-through across commercial activitiesMaintain responsiveness and operational consistency across ongoing interactionsOperational SupportProvide day-to-day operational support across commercial functionsAssist with internal workflow coordination to improve efficiency and executionHelp extend the Founder’s capacity by managing execution-focused administrative and operational tasksBusiness Development & Marketing SupportProvide light support for business development coordination and related activitiesAssist with marketing coordination tasks as neededQualificationsExperienceBackground in client success, commercial operations, or related operational support rolesExperience working in fast-paced, highly responsive environmentsExperience managing CRM systems such as HubSpot or equivalent platformsSkillsStrong organizational and detail-oriented mindsetAbility to manage multiple workflows, communications, and priorities simultaneouslyStrong follow-through and execution skillsExcellent responsiveness and communication abilitiesComfortable supporting client coordination and operational processesAbility to work independently while supporting leadership directlyStrong administrative and operational support capabilitiesOpportunityThis role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Founder in a high-impact operational support position that directly contributes to commercial efficiency and business execution.
