The role involves managing, developing, and growing sales within the protective coatings segment, nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The individual will create and implement strategies to promote PACHIN PAINTS’ market-leading protective coating solutions. Additionally, the role includes providing technical support and expertise to clients, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends and competitors.QualificationsA proven track record in paints or chemical factories is a plus.Experience in protective coatings or related sectors; an understanding of product specifications and applications is a must.Proven skills in sales, business development, and account managementProficiency in creating and executing sales strategies, client relationship management, and achieving sales targetsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearlyProblem-solving skills and the capability to identify and address client needs effectivelyAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectivelyBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM toolsWillingness to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, and travel as required
