Team members join an environment that values results, ongoing development, and long-term career growth.Role Description: As a Sales Representative at Dial Expert, you will engage with prospective and existing customers over the phone to present products and services, answer questions, and guide them toward informed purchasing decisions. You will follow structured sales scripts and processes, manage call queues, log interactions in CRM tools, and maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting individual and team sales targets, handling customer concerns with care, and collaborating with supervisors to refine messaging and improve conversion rates. You will participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews to sharpen your sales techniques and product knowledge. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, where in-office work on a professional sales floor is combined with some work-from-home flexibility.QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and close deals effectively.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, including active listening and clear, confident phone presence.Customer service skills focused on empathy, problem-solving, and maintaining positive long-term relationships.Comfort with CRM systems, call center software, and basic computer proficiency to manage leads and document interactions.Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a performance-based environment and meet or exceed sales targets.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, collaborating with in-office and remote team members and adapting to shifting schedules.While previous experience in sales, telesales, or a call center is preferred, it's not required for motivated candidates.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing
