Our Client is a HealthCare Training Provider and looking to hire a Sales Executive to drive student enrollment for company’s training programs through direct outreach, campus presence, social selling, and ambassador network activation. The Sales Representative is the front-line revenue generator responsible for converting prospective medical students into enrolled trainees across practical training, online courses, and events.This role operates within a structured sales process under the Sales Manager, with clear daily/weekly activity targets and CRM discipline as core expectations.Core Responsibilities:1. Direct Student EnrollmentConduct outbound outreach to prospective medical and healthcare students via phone, WhatsApp, and in-personPresent Plan P training programs: Summer Practical Training, Mid-Year Programs, Online Courses, and EventsHandle objections, explain program value propositions, and close enrollmentAchieve monthly enrollment targets (students registered and paid)Process enrollment paperwork and payment collection per SOP2. Campus & Field SalesExecute campus visit schedule across assigned university medical facultiesSet up and manage Plan P information desks during enrollment periodsDistribute marketing materials and collect prospective student dataBuild relationships with student unions, faculty assistants, and campus influencersAttend medical student events and conferences as Plan P representative3. Ambassador NetworkRecruit and activate student ambassadors within assigned universitiesTrain ambassadors on Plan P programs and referral trackingTrack ambassador-sourced leads and conversion ratesCoordinate with Marketing on ambassador content and social campaignsTarget: build and maintain 10+ active ambassadors in assigned territory4. Social & Digital SellingRespond to inbound leads from social media, website, and WhatsApp within 30 minutes during working hoursMaintain active presence in relevant student groups and forumsShare approved marketing content on personal and program social channelsTrack lead source attribution for all conversions5.
