Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo for a Senior/Team Leader Real Estate Agent Sales role. The selected candidate will manage and guide a sales team, oversee property listings, negotiate deals, and serve as the main point of contact for clients. Responsibilities include setting sales strategies, mentoring team members, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring client satisfaction through personalized service and professional support. QualificationsReal Estate Sales skills, including property listing, client engagement, and deal negotiationLeadership and Team Management abilities to guide and mentor a sales team effectivelyStrong Communication and Interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients and team membersStrategic Thinking and Problem-Solving capabilities to analyze market trends and drive sales goalsProficiency in Customer Service to ensure a seamless and satisfactory client experienceKnowledge of real estate trends, market conditions, and local property laws in New CairoPrevious experience in similar senior or leadership roles in real estate sales preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields is advantageous
