The role focuses on optimizing the sales pipeline, enhancing team capabilities, and driving overall revenue growth.Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team targets. Conduct regular role-play sessions and monitor calls to enhance closing techniques and objection handling. Manage daily stand-up meetings to track progress, address challenges, and maintain high team engagement and morale.Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to final enrollment. Implement data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates from social media and email marketing leads.Collaborate closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and align sales approaches with ongoing campaigns and offers.
