Role Purpose: Drive sales growth within an assigned territory by acquiring new customers, developing existing accounts, and supporting DHL’s market leadership.Work Location: Al-'Ain al-Sokhna and the Suez Governorate.Key Responsibilities:Customer & Territory ManagementRepresent DHL professionally and deliver a strong customer experience.Develop and maintain relationships with customers across your territory.Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams when support is needed.Manage a customer portfolio and drive revenue growth across all DHL services.Sales DevelopmentBuild and maintain a pipeline of prospects and secure new business opportunities.Prepare customer agreements and ensure pricing and profitability guidelines are met.Review customer performance regularly and take corrective actions when needed.Execute a structured call cycle and territory plan to meet sales and productivity targets.Performance & Issue ResolutionMonitor customer satisfaction and address service concerns quickly.Ensure accurate customer information is updated in sales systems.Support retention by taking ownership of problems that may put business at risk.QualificationsBachelor’s degree.3–5 years of field sales experience.Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.Customer-focused, target-driven, and commercially aware.Experience in logistics/express industry is an advantage.
