Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant to join our ERP team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP HCM modules, working closely with HR business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions. This role requires deep functional expertise across core HCM sub-modules and a proven track record in full-cycle SAP HCM implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & ConfigurationLead and participate in end-to-end SAP HCM implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.Configure and maintain SAP HCM sub-modules: Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management, Payroll, Employee Self-Service (ESS), and Manager Self-Service (MSS).Develop functional specifications for custom ABAP developments, enhancements, and reports in collaboration with technical teams.Perform data migration activities using LSMW, BDC, or other tools to ensure smooth data transition.Business Analysis & Stakeholder ManagementConduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.Analyze existing HR business processes and recommend SAP best-practice solutions to improve efficiency.Translate business requirements into detailed functional design documents, process flows, and configuration guides.Act as a trusted advisor to business users, managing expectations and ensuring solution alignment with organizational objectives.Testing & Quality AssuranceDesign and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios.Document test results, track defects, and coordinate resolution with technical and functional teams.Ensure all configurations meet quality standards and comply with local Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulatory requirements.Support & Continuous ImprovementProvide functional support for SAP HCM production issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and implement permanent fixes or process improvements.Monitor and apply SAP notes, patches, and upgrades relevant to HCM modules.Develop and deliver end-user training materials and conduct training sessions for HR users and managers.Security & Authorizations LeadServe as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP roles and authorizations. Must possess the expertise to design, audit, and architect complex authorization concepts, and actively guide the Basis team in implementing and maintaining the security matrix.Documentation & ComplianceMaintain comprehensive functional documentation, including BBPs, configuration workbooks, and SOPs.Ensure solution compliance with GDPR, data privacy standards, and Saudi Labor Law requirements.Support internal and external audits by providing SAP HCM system documentation as required.Qualifications & RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related discipline.SAP HCM certification (SuccessFactors or on-premise) is highly preferred.Experience5 to 7 years of hands-on SAP HCM functional consulting experience.Minimum 5 full-cycle SAP HCM implementation projects from blueprint to go-live.Demonstrated experience with at least 3 of the following modules: OM, PA, Time Management, Payroll (Saudi localization preferred), ESS/MSS.Prior experience working in the GCC/Saudi Arabian market with knowledge of local labor law and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements is a strong advantage.Technical SkillsProficient in SAP HCM configuration across PA, OM, Time, and Payroll sub-modules.Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors integration and the Hybrid HCM landscape is an advantage.Working knowledge of ABAP debugging, LSMW, BDC, and SAP Query (SQ01) for functional use.Experience with SAP Solution Manager, ServiceNow, or equivalent ITSM tools.Exposure to SAP S/4HANA HR or SAP HR Renewal is a plus.If you are interested, please send your CV to career@daamservice.com, mentioning the job title in the subject line.
