We specialize in Experiential Marketing, Sports Marketing, Branding, Event Management, and Social Media Management, working with leading clients in the Telecom, Banking, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Hospitality, and Technology sectors.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and client-focused Senior Account Executive to join our client servicing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BTL marketing, events, activations, sponsorships, and branding projects, with proven experience managing key client accounts within an agency environment.The Senior Account Executive will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, leading projects from brief to execution while ensuring exceptional service levels, strategic alignment, and flawless delivery. The role requires strong project management, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.This is a full-time on-site role located in Sodic, Sixth of October.Key Responsibilities• Lead the day-to-day management of assigned client accounts and maintain strong client relationships. • Receive, analyze, and interpret client briefs, ensuring clear communication with internal teams. • Develop project timelines, scopes, and execution plans to ensure timely delivery. • Coordinate with creative, production, operations, and finance teams to execute campaigns successfully. • Lead proposal development, presentations, and client meetings. • Identify opportunities for account growth and additional business development within existing clients. • Monitor project budgets, profitability, and cost control throughout project lifecycles. • Oversee event, activation, sponsorship, and branding project execution on-site when required. • Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to client expectations and agency standards. • Prepare regular status reports, post-campaign reports, and performance evaluations. • Support and mentor junior account team members when needed.Qualifications• Strong understanding of BTL marketing, experiential marketing, events, activations, sponsorships, and branding. • 5–7 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project management within a marketing agency. • Proven experience managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously. • Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills. • Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines. • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required by project demands. • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Work Model & Compensation• 4 days working from the office and 1 day working from home.• Project-based bonuses, incentives, and commissions tied to performance and deal closures.What We Offer• A dynamic and collaborative team environment.• Opportunities to work on high-impact campaigns with top regional brands.• Professional development and career growth opportunities.• Exposure to diverse projects across multiple industries and markets.To ApplyPlease submit your resume via LinkedIn or email at talent.acquisition@connectioneg.com with the subject line: Senior Account Executive Application.
