Senior Accountant

The accountant is responsible for managing petty cash, processing payments and wages, reviewing financial records, and supporting daily accounting operations. The role also involves coordinating with site accountants, maintaining accurate data in the ERP system, and ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly and on time.Job ResponsibilitiesManage and record petty cash transactions and site expenses.Prepare, process, and verify labor wages and staff payments.Review General Ledger (GL) entries and ensure financial accuracy.Calculate taxes and assist in preparing tax filings.Support internal and external audit activities.Maintain accurate financial records within the ERP system.Process vendor and subcontractor invoices and payments.Coordinate with site accountants to ensure accurate expense tracking and reporting.Monitor and reconcile petty cash accounts regularly.Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience in petty cash management and expense tracking.Ability to prepare and process labor wages and staff payments.Good knowledge of General Ledger (GL) review and verification.Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software.At Rowad Modern Engineering, we provide equal opportunities to all regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, national origin, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or gender identity. we do not just hire Talents-We invest in potential.
