Senior BIM Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior BIM Engineer / Architect to join our team and lead BIM implementation for architectural projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage architectural BIM models from concept through constructionDefine, manage, and control Level of Development (LOD 100–500) in line with project requirements and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practicesEnsure BIM models meet agreed LOD, quality, and information maturity at each project phaseCoordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other disciplinesPerform model reviews, audits, and clash detection to ensure accuracy and complianceSupport LOD-based BIM deliverables for design development, tender, and construction stagesMentor and guide junior BIM engineers and architects on BIM and LOD best practicesCollaborate with project managers, consultants, and clients to achieve BIM objectivesRequirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering4-6 years of experience in BIM for architectural projectsStrong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Shop Drawing and BIM collaboration platformsProven experience managing and validating LOD specifications (LOD 100–500)Solid understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, and coordinationExperience leading BIM teams and handling multiple projectsStrong communication and coordination skillsShare your CV on recruitment-egypt@estithmarholding.com
