At Hassan Allam Construction, we are looking for a skilled and driven Senior Commercial Engineer – MEP to join our team and support the successful delivery of major industrial projects.Key Responsibilities:Manage all commercial aspects of MEP works including cost control, budgeting, and forecastingPrepare and review interim valuations, variations, and final accountsAnalyze project costs and identify opportunities for cost optimizationCoordinate with project teams to ensure accurate commercial reportingReview subcontractor agreements, claims, and paymentsSupport procurement and contract administration processesEnsure compliance with contractual terms and conditionsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering5+ years of experience in commercial roles within MEP constructionProven experience in industrial projects is a mustStrong knowledge of contracts, claims management, and cost controlFamiliarity with FIDIC and other standard forms of contractExcellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
