Key Responsibilities Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients.Build long-term trusted relationships with key decision makers (CFOs, Finance Directors, Treasurers).Conduct regular client visits to understand business cycles, cash flows, and banking needs.Ensure high client satisfaction and retention. Business Development & Revenue GrowthGrow portfolio revenues through cross-selling of working capital & term loans, trade finance products, Cash management & CASA mobilization, Treasury & FX solutions, Acquire new-to-bank corporate relationships.Prepare high-quality credit proposals and annual reviews.Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and industry risks.Monitor account conduct, limits utilization, and early warning signals.Ensure portfolio quality within bank’s risk appetite. Credit & Risk Management Portfolio MonitoringTrack client performance versus projections.Follow up on overdue payments, documentation, and covenant compliance.Maintain updated client files and KYC documentation.
