This on‑site role offers the chance to lead impactful digital initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and play a key part in the growth of a rapidly evolving organization.What you’ll doDrive digital transformation initiatives across Supply Chain functions through automation and system optimizationSupport Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud SCM solutions aligned with business objectivesIdentify process gaps, quantify value, and implement digital and automated workflowsCollaborate with IT, Digital, Procurement, and Operations teams to integrate scalable digital solutionsLeverage emerging technologies (AI/ML, Generative AI, Industry 4.0, RPA) to improve planning, execution, and governanceLead functional testing (unit & integration) to ensure system reliability and performanceProvide functional support and root-cause analysis for Oracle applications and SCM digital toolsDevelop analytics, reports, and dashboards to support management decision-makingConduct user training sessions and promote digital adoption across Supply Chain teamsWhat you'll needBachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field5 years of experience in digital systems, supply chain technology, or transformation rolesStrong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud SCMExposure to automation, AI/ML, analytics, and digital SCM solutionsSolid skills in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and stakeholder managementFamiliarity with Oracle Cloud, SQL, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.Fluent in English; strong communication and analytical skills
