The ideal candidate is data-driven, operationally hands-on, andcomfortable working cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, and City Operations teams.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Drivers & Active Drivers TargetsServe as the primary owner of New Driver and Active Driver targets across assigned cities andmarketsDefine weekly and monthly supply targets in alignment with City Operations and Business PlanningteamsBuild and maintain dashboards to track new driver additions, activation rates, and active driver trendson a daily basisIdentify supply gaps early and trigger corrective actions across recruitment, activation, and retentionchannelsLead weekly supply reviews, presenting performance vs. target with clear root cause analysis andaction plansCoordinate with Marketing, Ops, and Product teams to ensure all functions are aligned toward supplyKPI deliveryDriver Registration Cycle & Funnel OptimizationOwn the end-to-end driver onboarding funnel from lead generation to first completed ride (D1)Identify and address drop-off points across registration stages through data analysis and processimprovementCollaborate with Product and Tech teams to streamline the in-app registration experienceDefine, track, and report on funnel KPIs including conversion rates, time-to-activate, and drop-off ratesImplement A/B tests and process experiments to continuously improve activation ratesOffline Recruitment Channel DevelopmentDesign, execute, and scale offline driver acquisition strategies including roadshows, activations, andpartner programsBuild and manage a network of offline recruitment touchpoints across target citiesCoordinate with the Driver Marketing team on field activations, usher deployment, and brandedmaterialsTrack offline channel performance and optimize based on cost-per-acquisition and quality of drivercohortsIdentify and onboard local partners, community leaders, and referral agents to expand recruitmentreachSupply Building for New Tariff LaunchesLead supply readiness planning ahead of new city or tariff launches, ensuring minimum viable driversupply at go-liveDevelop city-specific driver acquisition plans aligned with demand forecasts and launch timelinesCoordinate cross-functionally with City Ops, Marketing, and Product to execute pre-launch driverpipelinesMonitor supply health post-launch and implement rapid-response actions to bridge supply gapsCompetitor Tracking & Market IntelligenceContinuously monitor competitor driver-side activities, incentive structures, onboarding flows, and newinitiativesProduce regular competitive intelligence reports with actionable recommendations for Operations andStrategy teamsBenchmark inDrive driver experience and acquisition metrics against market standardsFlag emerging competitor threats and opportunities to senior stakeholders in a timely manner
