The SummaryThe Senior ELV Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing and procuring ELV (Extra Low Voltage) materials and systems, ensuring cost efficiency, quality compliance, and timely delivery in alignment with project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and procure ELV materials and systems in line with project specifications.Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve the best value.Evaluate vendors and maintain an updated and reliable supplier database.Coordinate closely with technical and project teams to understand and fulfill material requirements.Analyze supplier quotations and ensure compliance with technical specifications.Track purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery to meet project schedules.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.4–6 years of experience in procurement, preferably within ELV systems or construction projects.Strong knowledge of ELV systems and materials.Experience in supplier negotiation and contract management.Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in purchasing ELV / low current systems.Strong knowledge of suppliers and market pricing.Good negotiation and communication skills.Ability to analyze quotations and verify technical compliance.Experience with ERP or procurement systems is a plus.
